Abstract
Cystadenofibroma of the Ovary: An Uncommon Ovarian Neoplasm

In the present study, we report two such rare cases, where initial pre-operative imaging studies and frozen section specimen were in favor of malignancy. However, biopsy studies of the same revealed it to be benign cystadenofibroma. Both the patients successfully underwent hysterectomy with bilateral salphingo-oophorectomy.
