Mental Health Problems in Renal Nurses During COVID-19 Pandemic

Background: The most important factor in fighting the pandemic is to ensure the physical and mental health of healthcare workers. Studies have found serious stressors experienced by hemodialysis nurses but report less burnout than other nurses. Objectives: Determining the mental distress of hemodialysis nurses during the pandemic is important in determining the necessary precautions. The objective of the study is to determine the psychological complaints of hemodialysis nurses during the pandemic. Participants: The participants of the study are hemodialysis nurses who work in different provinces in Turkey. The data of the participants who volunteered to participate in the study were collected in 3 months between April to June 2020.
